Jihad-To Strive
Jihad & Qital For The Sake Of Allah
ِJihad
Is Gracious Trial
8:17 It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah: when thou threwest (a handful of
dust) it was not thy act but Allah's: in order that He might test the believers
by a gracious trial from Himself: for Allah is He who heareth and knoweth (all
things).
18 That and also because Allah is He who makes feeble the plans and stratagems
of the unbelievers.
Jihad To Rescue The Oppressed
4:75 And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and
of those who being weak are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men women and children
whose cry is: "Our Lord! rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors;
and raise for us from Thee one who will protect; and raise for us from Thee one
who will help!"
Satan Is Feeble
4:76 Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah and those who reject faith
fight in the cause of evil: so fight ye against the friends of Satan: feeble
indeed is the cunning of Satan.
Fight But Do Not Transgress
2:190 Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress
limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors.
191 And slay them wherever ye catch them and turn them out from where they have
turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight
them not at the Sacred Mosque unless they (first) fight you there; but if they
fight you slay them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith.
192 But if they cease Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.
193 And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression and there
prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease let there be no hostility
except to those who practice oppression.
Permissibility For War
22:39 To those against whom war is made permission is given (to fight) because
they are wronged and verily Allah is Most powerful for their aid
40 (They are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right
(for no cause) except that they say "Our Lord is Allah." Did not Allah check one
set of people by means of another there would surely have been pulled down
monasteries churches synagogues and mosques in which the name of Allah is
commemorated in abundant measure. Allah will certainly aid those who aid His
(cause); for verily Allah is Full of Strength Exalted in Might (Able to enforce
His Will).
41 (They are) those who if We establish them in the land establish regular
prayer and give regular charity enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah
rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs.
Strike Terror Into (the hearts of) The Enemies Of Allah
8:59 Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of Allah): they
will never frustrate (them).
60 Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power including
steeds of war to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and
your enemies and others besides whom ye may not know but whom Allah doth know.
Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you and ye
shall not be treated unjustly.
61 But if the enemy incline towards peace do thou (also) incline towards peace
and trust in Allah: for He is the one that heareth and knoweth (all things).
62 Should they intend to deceive thee verily Allah sufficeth thee: He it is that
hath strengthened thee with his aid and with (the company of) the believers:
63 And (moreover) He hath put affection between their hearts: not if thou hadst
spent all that is in the earth couldst thou have produced that affection but
Allah hath done it: for He is Exalted in might Wise.
64 O Apostle! sufficient unto thee is Allah (unto thee) and unto those who
follow thee among the believers.
Angels Will Assist
8:9 Remember ye implored the assistance of your Lord and He answered you: "I
will assist you with a thousand of the angels ranks on ranks."
10 Allah made it but a message of hope and an assurance to your heart: (in any
case) there is no help except from Allah: and Allah is exalted in power wise.
Mischief Appeared Because Of Wrong Deeds
30:41 Mischief has appeared on land and sea because of
(the meed) that the hands of men have earned that (Allah) may give them a taste
of some of their deeds: in order that they may turn back (from Evil).
Allah Will Defened Muslims So Preach Islam
5:67 O Apostle! proclaim the (Message) which hath been
sent to thee from thy Lord. If thou didst not thou wouldst not have fulfilled
and proclaimed His mission: and Allah will defend thee from men (who mean
mischief). For Allah guideth not those who reject faith.
13:22 Those who patiently persevere seeking the countenance their Lord;
establish regular prayers; spend out of (the gifts) We have bestowed for their
sustenance secretly and openly; and turn off Evil with good: for such there is
the final attainment of the (Eternal) Home
The Covenant With Allah Subhanawatala
5:7 And call in remembrance the favor of Allah unto you and His Covenant which
He ratified with you when ye said: "We hear and we obey": and fear Allah for
Allah knoweth well the secrets of your hearts.
8 O ye who believe! stand out firmly for Allah as witnesses to fair dealing and
let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from
justice. Be just: that is next to Piety: and fear Allah for Allah is
well-acquainted with all that ye do.
9 To those who believe and do deeds of righteousness hath Allah promised
forgiveness and a great reward.
10 Those who reject faith and deny our signs will be companions of hell-fire.
11 O ye who believe! call in remembrance the favor of Allah unto you when
certain men formed the design to stretch out their hands against you but (Allah)
held back their hands from you: so fear Allah. And on Allah let believers put
(all) their trust.
Deal Kindly Those Who Are Not Your Enemies
60:8 Allah forbids you not with regard to those who fight
you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes from dealing kindly and
justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just.
9 Allah only forbids you with regard to those who fight you for (your) Faith and
drive you out of your homes and support (others) in driving you out from turning
to them (for friendship and protection). It is such as turn to them (in these
circumstances) that do wrong.
Colour Of Blood
The Book on Government (Kitab Al-Imara) Muslim :: Book 20 : Hadith 4626
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah
(may peace upon him) said: Allah has undertaken to look after the affairs of one
who goes out to fight in His way believing in Him and affirming the truth of His
Apostles. He is committed to His care that Re will either admit him to Paradise
or bring him back to his home from where he set out with a reward or (his share
of) booty. By the Being in Whose Hand is the life of Muhammad. If a person gets
wounded in the way of Allah, he will come on the Day of Judgment with his wound
in the same condition as it was when it was first inflicted; its colour being
the colour of blood but its smell will be the smell of musk. By, the Being in
Whose Hand is Muhammad's life, if it were not to be too hard upon the Muslime. I
would not lag behind any expedition which is going to fight in the cause of
Allah. But I do not have abundant means to provide them (the Mujahids) with
riding beasts, nor have they (i. e. all of them) abundant means (to provide
themselves with all the means of Jihad) so that they could he left behind. By
the Being in Whose Hand is Mubammgls lac, I love to fight in the way of Allah
and be killed, to fight and again be killed and to fight again and be killed.
Let Enemies Find Harshness In You
(9:123)O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you,
and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep
their duty (unto Him). (At-Taubah )
Mark Of Jihad
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 3835 Narrated byAbuHurayrah
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "If anyone meets Allah with no mark
of jihad, he will meet Allah with a flaw in him."
Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
Believers Are Most Merciful
Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad) Dawud :: Book 14 : Hadith 2660 Narrated Abdullah ibn
Mas'ud:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The most merciful of the people in respect
of killing are believers (in Allah).
Obligation of Jihad
Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 2527 Narrated byAbuHurayrah
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Striving in the path of Allah (jihad) is
incumbent on you along with every ruler, whether he is pious or impious; the
prayer is obligatory on you behind every believer, pious or impious, even if he
commits grave sins; the (funeral) prayer is incumbent upon every Muslim, pious
and impious, even if he commits major sins.
